Add a new group
- Click on the 'add a new group' button to add a new group to the project.

Group Information
- You will need to type in a name (e.g. 'newgroup') for the new group before
you can add members.
- Choose "Global" or "Project" from the Group Type box.
- Click the "update iformation" button.

Change Group Members
- At this point you can add members by selecting from the users list, and
clicking the "add" button.
- You will also be able to remove members from the group by selecting them
and clicking the "remove" button.
- Click the "update members" button.

Current Project Memberships
- Click the "edit project list" button if you wish to edit membership to
a project.
Current Project Memberships for "newgroup"
- For each Project Name you can select "Not a member", "Manager", "Developer"
or "User" from the drop-down box.
- If anything but "Not a member" is selected, then you will be allowed to
check the box(es) for the appropriate permission(s).
- Click the "update information" button.
